I had an amazing stay at this place, the breakfast was delicious with high-quality food, and the location was ideal, very close to the center.

Overall it was a really great stay for 1 night. The staff members were all useful and hospitable. Excellent and beautiful location exactly where we wanted to be close to a bus station. Food was nice and restaurant was absolutely reasonably priced!

The rooms at Hotel Les Jardins Carol were cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. With the air-conditioning, we could adjust the temperature to our liking, and the safety deposit box gave us peace of mind. The flat-screen cable TV kept us entertained, and the private bathroom was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries, a hairdryer, and even bathrobes. We loved every minute we spent in our room!

Personally, we weren't big fans of the shower in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just our opinion, and others might still find it perfectly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway here. The location is perfect, right next to the park. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a dining table and a flat-screen TV. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and excellent housekeeping. We also appreciated the amenities, such as the air conditioning and free toiletries. Furthermore, the heating in the room was amazing, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. The beds were very comfy. The restaurant was nice with great food and live music. The location was excellent, right next to a garden and a hill, and the area was wonderful.

Friendly Staff & Tasty Breakfast We had a great Easter getaway at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and we especially loved the omelet and sausages. It was a great way to start our day. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city. It was centrally located, making it easy to reach all the key attractions on foot.

Room Size & Heating the only downside was the size of our room. It was a bit small, and there wasn't much space for our luggage.

The room at Hotel Les Jardins Carol was super cozy and comfortable. I loved the air-conditioning, it kept me nice and cool during the hot Bucharest summer. The flat-screen cable TV was perfect for catching up on my favorite shows. And the private bathroom with all the free toiletries and bathrobes made me feel like a fancy guest!

This place is beautifully decorated and has stylish furnishings, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Comfy bed, clean room, useful AC. Breakfast excellent. Friendly staff. Close to Unirii Square, bus stop across the road. Good restaurant nearby. Close to park and outdoor terraces. Nice rural feeling at the hotel. Lovely small room with adjustable brightness and great amenities. Accessible yet silent location next to Carol Garden. Fantastic heating.

Spent the Christmas season in a great hotel with fantastic festive decorations that added to the holiday cheer. the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to all the attractions I wanted to visit and providing easy access to transportation. the room was cozy and clean, with comfortable bedding to ensure I got my rest. the hotel restaurant was amazing, serving delicious food, and it was a great value for the price. I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate!

My experience was soured by a lack of communication from the hotel staff. Despite confirming a late check-in, when I arrived, there was no one to receive me and I could not contact them.
